Customer Service
- All orders are processed in the order they are recieved and are usually processed and shipped out within 48 hours.
- Once your order has been processed you would recieve a order confirmation via email. Please ensure that your email is accurate when registering on our website. All customers are required to register before ordering on our website.
- To check the status of your order please login into your account on our website and click on Order History/Status. Any notices or messages would be displayed here as well.
- Cancellation: Once orders are processed they are immediately packaged and dispatched. Orders that have not been processed can be cancelled. Please contact us immediately (preferably within the first 30 minutes of placing your order to cancel. Once items have been dispatched we cannot cancel your order.
- Removing /Adding Items to order: Once orders are processed they are immediately pacakged and dispatched. Orders that have not been processed can be altered to accomodate new items and remove old items. Please contact us immediately (preferably within the first 30 minutes of placing your order to make changes to your order. Once items have been dispatched we cannot make any changes.
PAYMENT METHODS - All prices on our website are in USD currency and are subject to change.
- At this point in time we accept payments using Paypal. We accept the following payments: Visa, Mastercard, American Express, and Discover even if you don't have a Paypal account. Please read instructions carefully during check out.
- For paypal orders, the paypal receipt is the order invoice, please save the paypal receipt for your record. We will not send out a separate confirmation email for all paypal orders.
SHIPPING - All shipments are sent out via United States Postal Service.
- We ship via USPS First Class Mail and Priority Mail

- Transit Times: Please allow up to 7 business days for your package to be delivered (please allow up to 15 business days in extreme cases).
- Packaging: All packages are sent out in standard postal service packaging. We offer discreet shipping so the word "lingerie" or any like words or reference ot the contents of your order would not appear anywhere on your package. Our return address label would be addressed Heritage Creations LLC.

- All lingerie items including panties and bras or any item that touches the most intimate body are NOT returnable. We will make no exceptions to this policy in compliance with consumer hygiene protection laws.
- If item is damaged due to manufacturer defect we would accept returns within 7 business days.
- Items must be returned with original tags intact and in original packaging.
- Please contact us to get approval for your return. Any orders returned to us without approval would be refused. Once your order has been recieved we will immediately refund you via PayPal.
- Please be advise that we do not issue credit for shipping charges.
